Are my payments secure? All purchase transactions take place on a secure server using 128-Bit Encryption protecting both your personal information and your credit card transaction.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 48 hr of receipt. Most orders will be received in 7-10 days. It may take up to 3 weeks to receive your order depending on the product and if personalization is requested.

What method of payment do you accept? We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Can I have gifts personalized? Some gifts may be personalized. Those that can are noted in the description of the product. Many products may be gift wrapped. This too is noted in the description.

Do you ship outside the US? We do not generally ship outside the US. However, some of our items may be shipped overseas. Please contact us to see if the product you want can be shipped outside the US and what the shipping costs may be.

Do you have rush shipping? Yes many of our product amy be rush shipped. Please contact us to see what product are available for rush shipping and the cost of that shipping.

How will my purchase be shipped? Please see our store policy regarding shipping.

Do you have a minimum order requirement? There is no minimum order requirement when you order with us.

Do you charge sales tax? We do have to charge sales tax at times. The states we collect sales tax for are CA, MO, NJ, NY and NY.
